Just kinda wow'd today. Been coming her for a few years just to get my glasses. First, i called in February and got scheduled way out in July due to the person on the phone talking over me. She insisted I couldnt have my eye exam until july even though I was trying to schedule a consult to find out if I could be a lasik candidate.Finally, today (july 16th) I couldnt make my eye exam..(the one i didnt ask for) and cancelled. The person I spoke to basically decided that was my problem and couldnt reschedule me until December. So basically this buisness blew me off for an entire year. From my previous visits the Docs have been wonderful. But your scheduling team and customer service are lousy. Too bad.

Big complaint on scheduling. Scheduled my mother for a cataract surgery, told her to be there at 730 am with a driver and it would take about 90 mins. Almost 11 am and they still haven't gotten started. They have also scheduled followups, etc to amount to 9 appointments in 3 weeks. They need to be more efficient, and not schedule people hours early, especially when they rely on a ride to get home. I now need to call in to work, and still no word on when she'll be done and why the delay.

Dr Frantz did a great job on my Cataracts after getting the go ahead from his Retina specialist, Dr Warrier. I could see beautifully for about three or four days. Retinopathy was affecting my vision already. Had Dr Warrier used one of the four minutes she spent with me warning me that this would happen, I would have possibly held off on the Cataract procedure. Being able to have great vision for less than a week was not worth the cost!

Im sure Dr Frantz is awesome. But my experience of this practice was disappointing for me. I have a cataract on my right eye. First, you better be affluent to walk in the door. This is a high priced money machine. Arriving at my appointment, the massive paperwork was a red flag. Mostly my financials, mothers maiden name, intimate details as if I were buying a car. Then, it was like a manufacturing line, moving from one room to the next. I had no idea what they were looking to accomplish or what I was buying. Only to find out I need to see another dr before I even get to discuss a procedure. $250 bucks wasted on a process I cannot continue. You don't know what your getting into until the end. The cash register. This office is all about making $$$.

I really thought Franz would be the place to go for contact lenses. I have been wearing glasses about 10 years and desperately wanted contacts. When I was having trouble with the first pair I returned to the office looking for help using them. The doctors solution was to change the prescription instead of trying to get used to them . The second prescription did not work and I was told there wasn't any other choices...I was dismissed. I am now due for a checkup and I have many choices.
