While the doctors seem pretty good I was not happy with my overall experience. My RLE surgery was rescheduled three times, always within 24 hours of the time it was supposed to occur. It may not be an issue if you're retired but it's more challenging when you have to coordinate time off of work.My vision is not as good as expected but I was very near sighted. I expected better (near vision) results with the upgraded panoptix lens, that was not worth the added cost.

First, I want to say the staff was very nice with the exception of the receptionist and that was only because she could have cared less that Frantz had already forced me to reschedule the same two appointments twice due to their own interoffice issues. When an appointment is changed because of the provider, they should show some type of accommodations to the customer. Frantz takes the attitude of oh well to bad. That just left a bad taste in my mouth to do it twice to me a week apart from one another. After showing up for the appointment it was obvious that they must overbook their appointments because the office was packed.

I understand prices can change but when you are going to double your rates, it would be appreciated if you told us before the appointment. I won't be back.

Thought this would be a good place to try because of the reviews I read. So when I had an eye problem I called for an appointment and waited on hold for 7 minutes. Then they told me there was no one in my local office today.

I have no issues with the doctor here as Dr. Yontz was friendly and informative, but it was the optical department that really let me down.In total, I've probably visited this place 8-9 times in the past month to have my new frames adjusted and had 3 different opticians try and adjust my frames so that they're not painful to wear and they cannot seem to figure it out. I even had my frames swapped to a different frame at the recommendation of the optician at their Goodlett office and the newer frames are even worse. I even had to spend more money on these frames!! All the opticians were friendly and were willing to help, but they couldn't figure out the right fit. I called and left a message with the optical manager requesting a refund and did not receive a call back.I would avoid the optical department here like the plague. The eye exam though was great and I had no issues there, but the absolute disaster of experience I have had after the exam warrants the rating.EDIT 12/23: I was able to get in contact with the optical manager after working with my insurance to get a full refund on my glasses. I am changing my review to reflect that.
