    Just some constructive criticism for Clearview; honestly the front desk staff is always very kind! ... however when it comes to trying to communicate with someone it is probably the most frustratingly inefficient system Ive ever come across with a clinic. I probably speak to the voicemail more than I ever get to speak to a representative. If you call in the middle of the day, their phone lines are off for a lunch break. (Which often has struck me as a little odd that they dont simply switch shifts so that someone is always at the phones? But ok no biggie its none of my business) which would be no big deal, if it werent for the fact that calls are often not promptly returned. I waited four days for a call back until finally I just called again and they apologized and said the voicemail was really full. I get it, but its probably really full because all of your clients are always sent to voicemail. Im not trying to be difficult, but as I said- this system just seems so inefficient. The rest of my family long ago stopped using ClearView but I have held out because the staff in person is super nice. But being nice isnt enough when Im unable to actually have human interaction over the phone 80 percent of the time that I call.
