    My contacts are being held hostage, poor little guys. Its been four months since my partners eye appointment and we still havent gotten her contacts. The front desk never replied to multiple calls asking for an update. And now that they have the contacts, theyre so understaffed that theres one appointment a month to get the training needed to get the hard contacts. My partner works two days a week and so far, every opening has been during her work. I cant make an appointment over the phone since they dont pick up or return calls. So Ive had to go in and wait in line to make an appointment.REQUEST: Please staff up your contacts department. We had such a great eye appointment and its been ruined by the follow up. You obviously have the demand and its not fair on your front desk or contacts tech to put this much pressure and unhappy customers on them.
