Filled out all the forms online beforehand. Was made to fill them all out again at the front desk. Waited for the doctor for 20 minutes in a dark office. He then took down all my info for the THIRD time. Was handled impatiently and a bit roughly during the exam. My questions were treated as an annoyance. Was rushed through the entire exam. I was not offered eye-mapping and had to go through the pain and discomfort of dilation. Was given outdated information on how to care for dry eye. Asked for a different doctor during second visit and was denied. Not going back.

I scratched my eye and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. The receptionist gave me an appointment and I came in on time. However the doctor did not see me until two hours later. If I knew that they were squeezing me in or would have to wait, I would have gone somewhere else. However there was zero communication and I had to wait in a full waiting room during Covid. I will go back to see my regular doctor there but not for emergencies.

My first experience was positive. I was able to get a next day, first time appointment for a worrisome eye symptom. A year later, I scheduled an annual eye exam on the phone. When I got to the office, they said my appointment was just for a "cataract check." I offered to reschedule if that was a problem, but the person at the desk said rather unpleasantly that they might "fit me in." So they did. The refraction part of the exam took only about 5 minutes. I'd never had an prescription glasses exam done that fast. Then he dilated my eyes, and said the wait would be 15 minutes for my eyes to fully dilate. Within 5 minutes, the doctor was in the room. Again, a very quick exam. About all he had to say about my vision was "someday" I would need cataract surgery, and when was up to me. He told to come back in 2 years and he left the room. I was out the front door only 15 minutes after I arrived! Exams are expensive, and I felt quite ripped off for getting the bum's rush. And I don't trust this hasty new prescription-- I thought the doctor would at least give it a quick double check.

I have to say Ive experienced some weak customer service at this place. A little kindness goes a long way to retaining customers!

I'd give five stars to the eye exam department, but avoid the frames folks downstairs. They will try to upsell you when you ask for a budget option and will focus entirely on look as opposed to fit. They seemed stumped when I told them I was looking for glasses with that would fit my unreasonably long head. If you're looking for fashion accessories and have a standard fit for glasses this is your place. The fitting staff was very nice and helpful in those regards. The service from behind the desk was rude as well, I was hung up on when trying to schedule and had to schedule with the staff upstairs instead. Then when I called after my appointment asking about how refunds or refits would work upon receipt of the frames if they didn't fit the person on the phone was clearly annoyed and audibly slammed the phone down when hanging up. Eye exam: great. Contacts: great. Frames: fine. Secretary staff: bad.
