This offices reception rarely picks up phone calls. It is open 8-5:30 as advertised but when I call at 4:50, the message already said the office is closed ( on Wednesday when I called)

Respectfully, the whole office needs a culture change. When people come to you in pain, they expect care not dismissal. (They really need to hire another person to help the lady at the first desk as well.)

I was very disappointed that there was no one available to adjust my glasses - as usual. I refused to drive to West Seattle, so I may look elsewhere for help.

Clean and great customer service. But, I am not sure if it is a place for kids. The way the Doc treated my daughter today wasn't professional. I wish my daughter was seen by other doctors.

Well, we both know that this surgery did not go as either of us would have liked. I was a bit surprised at my last appointment that you were not willing to do the yag procedure as you had done before. I made that appt specifically at that facility so that I could have the yag done again. Clearly it still needs to be done more.
