I am beside myself with anger and frustration right now, over the way this place conducts business. Received an eye exam 6 months ago, and it was done wrong by a rude and impatient girl. I called to notify someone that my prescription was wrong, was told to come in to have someone look at my glasses. The doctor on the bottom floor was nice but, explained absolutely zero about what he did, why he made marks on my glasses and asked me to put them on. I drove all the way there to be told absolutely nothin other than I now needed to schedule an appointment, which I couldnt do while I was there. I had to call to make an appointment, even though I was standing right there. I had to schedule a reevaluation, then I had to schedule a fitting. Why?! The things that are the next natural steps in getting an eye exam and glasses/contacts shouldn't have to be scheduled separately, especially when fixing what wasn't even done right in the first place. The way all this played out was the very reason I was remiss to return for evaluation after the first 2 weeks since I just felt dumb after it all, and those feeling were validated upon my return. Whenever I have needed medical help, I am never fully explained anything, am not treated with patience or compassion by medical professionals, which makes me reluctant to even seek help in the first place. And, this place was no different. I only hope my appointment down the road goes better, and I can change this review. On the plus side: The receptionists were super friendly and nice
