over the course of a year i had them write 4 wrong prescriptions and upon getting a 5th, they refused to compensate for a year of hellish eye-strain, nausea, and pain, acting as if they are not at fault. frustrated for having lenses remade 3x with insurance not covering another set of lenses. worst experience since getting glasses when young

My first experience was positive. I was able to get a next day, first time appointment for a worrisome eye symptom. A year later, I scheduled an annual eye exam on the phone. When I got to the office, they said my appointment was just for a "cataract check." I offered to reschedule if that was a problem, but the person at the desk said rather unpleasantly that they might "fit me in." So they did. The refraction part of the exam took only about 5 minutes. I'd never had an prescription glasses exam done that fast. Then he dilated my eyes, and said the wait would be 15 minutes for my eyes to fully dilate. Within 5 minutes, the doctor was in the room. Again, a very quick exam. About all he had to say about my vision was "someday" I would need cataract surgery, and when was up to me. He told to come back in 2 years and he left the room. I was out the front door only 15 minutes after I arrived! Exams are expensive, and I felt quite ripped off for getting the bum's rush. And I don't trust this hasty new prescription-- I thought the doctor would at least give it a quick double check.

I had a really bad red eye. The situation escalated too fast for me to make an appointment in advance. clearview was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. The doctor checked my eye and prescribed a eye drop that fixed my eye in two days. Everybody was friendly.

The worst eye place I have been to in my entire myopic life. By protocol, they are supposed to dilate your eyes and then take your eyes measurements. They did not do that and instead kept on insisting that I need to change my glasses by looking at the undilated prescription generated from the machine. I can see perfectly fine with my glasses except that needed to check up on the astigmatism. If the astigmatism had increased.I have been to so many different doctors because of my lifetime myopia and the exam with Dr Casimir was the worst. The whole point of the numbing drops is to get an accurate prescription and check your eyes health. They just want you to get glasses anyhow to make more money. I can tell the prescription I was given is wrong without even a doubt. The Dr kept saying my eyes havent changed but wasnt even aware that the prescription from the machine and my current prescription had a whooping 1.25 difference. Just kept saying your vision is stable but you should get new glasses. How does that even make sense? All faith in this place is gone. People please be careful because they give out inaccurate prescriptions and just make money out of you! Update: went to a different doctor and he was shocked by the prescription given from this place.
