    It is always a pleasure to have an appointment with Dr Mulligan. He is very professional as well as being kind and gentle during my eye examination. I always feel that I am receiving great care from him so I recommend him highly.

    Dr. Casimir was friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned a few things I did not know about cataracts. Big airy office and exam rooms; coronavirus protocols were firmly in place, so I felt quite safe during my eye exam.
