Clearview Eye and Laser

Tried to call and make an appointment after submitting a Contact form online. Receptionist was a little curt and abrasive but I chalked it up to the fact that it was almost the end of the day and maybe it had been a bad one for her. There were some communication issues happening between the two of us and she did not seem to be familiar with VSP's insurance group format, which is admittedly unusual. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to and the response was a derisive laugh and "I'm not doing this" before hanging up on me. I had asked to speak with someone else because it was clear both of us were struggling with the conversation and I thought another employee may understand the issue. Instead I was treated with the utmost rudeness and unprofessionalism. After seeing some similar accounts of poor treatment in the reviews, this doesn't seem to be an entirely isolated incident. If you book here, hope that you reach a different receptionist or catch the one I interacted with on a good day I guess.
