I have been to this clinic two times because it is close to home and takes my insurance. I would have given them 2 stars; if not for the great staff downstairs who fit and ordered my glasses. Dr. Mulligan is rude and dismissive, acts like you don't even exist. His assistant, didn't catch her name, has clearly been around Dr. Mulligan too much. Don't expect to get any type of education or teaching from this doctor and definitely don't try and have a conversation with him.

I'd give five stars to the eye exam department, but avoid the frames folks downstairs. They will try to upsell you when you ask for a budget option and will focus entirely on look as opposed to fit. They seemed stumped when I told them I was looking for glasses with that would fit my unreasonably long head. If you're looking for fashion accessories and have a standard fit for glasses this is your place. The fitting staff was very nice and helpful in those regards. The service from behind the desk was rude as well, I was hung up on when trying to schedule and had to schedule with the staff upstairs instead. Then when I called after my appointment asking about how refunds or refits would work upon receipt of the frames if they didn't fit the person on the phone was clearly annoyed and audibly slammed the phone down when hanging up. Eye exam: great. Contacts: great. Frames: fine. Secretary staff: bad.

This place has great polite :-) as far as staff good attitude great doctors I just love this place Clearview eye and laser Dr W.

First time visit and will be the last time visit. They need to improve customer services. Do not know how to treat their patients nicely. An assistance was rude. Sarcastic responses when I asked questions about my eye exam and my insurance coverage. Not recommend to anyone
