    Ive been going to highline Clearview for about 5 years and hand always experienced a warm welcome from the staff. This last appointment was for 3:20 and was told when I made the appointment to arrive 15 minutes early for updates and whatnot. For the most part I can understand running a few minutes behind. But, on this appointment they didnt take me back until 4:05. Now, they apologized and had me out the door by 4:25.They did however offer me to reschedule but had no availability until after the new year. Which wouldve negated my 2021 eye insurance.At the end of the day, I am happy with Clearview eye and laser. The lesson I learned was to make my appointments well in advance and first thing in the morning or right after lunch.

    Very friendly, professional and my prescription is always right the 1st time! I go to Clearview from the East side of the state. I Highly recommend them
