My husband and I scheduled my appointment over a month ago. It was for 1:30 pm. I arrived the required 15 minutes early, I was on time. When we got there we were told that only patients were allowed to wait inside ( it was 90 degrees outside). We figured 15 minutes no big deal. 30 minutes past my appointment (45 minutes waiting outside) I went into a room where a tech did my exam and put drops in my eyes. After waiting the required time I was ushered into another room to wait an additional 15 minutes for the dr. I spent less than 10 minutes with the Dr. My appointment was with and spent 2.25 hours at the appointment . I understand covid precautions are in place, but I didn't realize it would take that long. I had to reschedule another appointment I had because I would not be on time.

I had complications from cataract surgery. I was under the impression thec surgery was going to be in Naples but is was in Fort Myers.(very inconvenient) My main complaint is there is no continuity in treatment by the same doctor. I have so far been treated by 5 different doctors. My vision is still blurry and my eye is half closed. So much for simple cataract surgery

Dr .E was great. But the staff was HORRIBLE. No one could make an appointment. They said they would call the next day because the schedule was off. So only one person can schedule????. The next day is here and I tried calling to schedule and first call they said she just walked in and will call in 5-10 minutes. 3 hours later. I call again, they say she's not in...oh wait the supervisor said she is...( maybe a supervisor could schedule) nope!!! They put me to VM. I left my name, # and reason for calling. A few hours later. No call. This is not fair to patients. Poor Dr. E your staff is awful. I'm sure you would be more productive with a staff that is competent.

Friendly staff and very helpful but Im irritated because I feel Ive wasted my time. Basically told the doctor Ive had an issue with my left eye for months and doctors just keep giving me the same antibiotics and steroids that do nothing for me. I was hoping this appointment would be different. I told the Doctor that the NEO/POLY/DEX medication that I used twice in that past not only did nothing for me, but the eye doctor I saw in April told me I have a Neomycin allergy. So he sent me home with a prescription for Maxitrol which I learn at the pharmacy is the NEO/POLY/DEX medication, ha! Ill just have to accept the fact I wont figure out whats going on with my eye instead of spending my days off getting my hopes up trying to find a Doctor and spending money for the same results:(
