This is a review for Michelle Brown and not for Frantz EyeCare.Michelle is a standout at this practice. She took time to explain everything and was genuinely caring. The organization as a whole should take note of this exceptional employee.I'm giving 3 stars on average. 5 for Michelle and 2 for Frantz EyeCare.

I got the all in done. They call it that. To be honest for the price and the results I would not do it again. Yes I can see way better. But now coming on a year after I get shadows, foggy film comes and goes and more. And believe me I went back over and over and over. But they just said I'm good. Just think it over, over 9k and not what I expected for sure. I would be glad to explain details if anyone wants more info.

They dont respect your time. If you have a 2:30 appointment, know you wont be seen until 4:15.

Requested an appt based on great reviews. First available appt in Punta Gorda is November 1. First appt in Ft Myers/CC is in September. And that was for new and existing patients. So I guess they're good but I can't wait that long for help.
