My mother has been a patient for many years. While the Doctors and their assistants are amazing. I have had 2 back to back issues with the scheduling or office staff. Both appointments this summer they had the incorrect information. The lady who scheduled her appointments was less than helpful or friendly. However, Ms. Keyli Garcia was AMAZING. If our next 3 appointments go well, Ill reconsider the 3 star.

The staff were very friendly and Dr. Legesic is excellent. After my recent exam I was directed to the optical department for the hard sell. I politely asked for a copy of my prescription as I would be purchasing glasses elsewhere. The optician promptly printed "a" prescription for me. Several days later, when at my optical retailer, it was discovered that I was given a copy of someone else's prescription. I believe there is a HIPPA law that does not allow this to happen. Upon my return to get MY prescription, I was presented with my copy without being asked for identification. I have been a patient of Frantz eyecare for several years but due to this unfortunate incident of incompetence of behalf of the optician, I will not be returning.

Decided to visit office to check insurance coverage and make an appointment with Frantz EyeCare based on good reviews. Web posted hours are open until 5:00. Went at 4:30. Closed. A piece of paper in the door said hours are now open until 4:00. Went the next day at 3:40. Closed. A week later (today), go at noon, it's open, and there are two people behind the front counter. I'd like to make an appointment. Uh, the only person that can make an appointment is the receptionist and she's out to lunch. Shouldn't be this hard.
