Dr. Plous is technically skilled, but his patient handling ranges from brusque to rude. In several visits he was not just late but very late, for appointments at the beginning of the service period.

I recently visited their office for a lasik/SMILE consultation. This visit was smooth from start to finish. The staff were all friendly, and the doctor made some useful recommendations. 5 stars for 99% of their staff. Unfortunately, the old saying "one bad apple spoils the bunch" holds true here. I returned here recently for a standard eye appointment, only to be greeted by a hostile employee who demanded that I wear a mask, even though she herself couldn't be bothered to wear one, nor was any of the staff wearing one. This was confusing and ridiculous, considering not a single person harassed me about such a trivial thing just weeks earlier. The arrogance and hypocrisy of this woman was very off-putting and extremely unprofessional. I get it if you have a policy, but if the employees can't be bothered to follow their own rules, why should the customers? Such a shame that one bad employee ruins the whole reputation of this business. I will be taking my business to a place that respects my privacy and freedoms, and doesn't make ridiculous demands when I first walk in. Please address your staffing issues, and rid yourself of this toxic employee. 3 stars though, because literally everyone else on staff was fantastic. Great Business, just need to address this problem.

Dr Warrior is wonderful. But I waited over 2 hours to be seen, with no explanation offered. It seems they book too many patients for the same time slot. I then feel like the doctor is rushed, which isnt good, since Im scheduled for a shot in my eye!

I like the people and the office, but waiting between stations before you get to see the doctor can take a very long time. I've been here for almost two hours to see the retina specialist.
