Problem with billing. Fort Myers Frantz They have since moved.Charged me twice for the same appointment ( which I cancelled) but did not care to hear my side.I paid the bill regardless. $15 copay.First bill was sent one year AFTER the cancelled appointment. Second bill/letter was a year after the first bill whereby they threatened to turn me in to a credit agency! I had no proof of payment after two years so I paid again! $18 this time just to keep my credit from being tarnished. Not happy at all!

Great doctor but horrendous wait times. Expect a minimum of 3 hours out of your day plus drive time.

I saw Dr. Feder, she is very thorough and competent. I would recommend her completely. With that said, I am completely dissatisfied with this office's ability to keep on time appointments. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn't call back to start the process until 40 mins later .Over all I was there 1 hour and 45 mins. Completely unacceptable. All 6 of my appointments since August have had similar scheduling conflicts.
