The office is very nice, the technician I initially worked with was very professional and thorough. When I finally reached the Dr. he seemed as if he was in a hurry. I needed to return last Friday afternoon for a contact lens check, upon arrival I was told that the Dr. is sick and I can come back Monday or wait two hours for another eye Dr. It probably would have been most professional to tell me beforehand that my appointment was canceled, it would have saved 40 miles and a couple hours of my time. I am underwhelmed by the whole experience here, I will be finding another provider for future eye care

Although the doctors and staff are always very friendly, I can never give Dr Frantzs office 5 stars. The wait time is always ridiculous. I purposely booked the first appt. after lunch so I could get right in, and still sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes. And its off season! Two hours later my general eye exam was completed.

The new facility is very nice. The tech who initially took me back and checked my eyes was fantastic. After the dilation drops I was escorted to a waiting room. I waited for at least 45 minutes before I finally asked someone if they had forgotten about me. At this point I had been there for 2 hours and had another appointment to get to. By the time I saw the doctor it was rushed, because I had another appointment, and I felt that I didn't get to ask the doctor some questions that I had. They told me that there had been an emergency. This is certainly understandable but someone could have come to the waiting room and let me know.
