Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Chow, but he was booked for two months. Receptionist said they could get me in with Dr. Verb. Eye was hurting. Dr. Verb refused to see me. I wasn't "his"patient. Very disappointed.

I dont see my review anywhere on here!My last visit was in January 2022.The technician put the dilating eye drops in my eyes first, instead of putting the numbing eye drops in.When he put the dilating eye drops in, it made my eyes burn really bad!Then he had to wait for my eyes to stop burning so he could put the numbing drops in.I reported him, and nothing was done about my situation!Im giving them a rating of one, cuz there is no option to give them a zero, or else I would!

Staff were nice; however, I told the receptionist for a diff reason as to why I will see an ophthalmologist which is a eye surgery doctor. I googled ophthalmologist and their address popped the closest to my house. I was shocked when I went an Optomitrist saw me and reffered me to an Ophthalmologist who is far from me. The receptionist needs to clarify everything before we make appointment. So she doesnt waist my time.
