They're a joke. Bad enough they make you wait in the waiting room and not allowed to leave if you're waiting for someone. After my mom was done they forgot to order her prescription so I gotta wait two hours for them to order and fill it.

Before they changed over to OSM it was ok, now everyone that works in this place seems pissy and snappy(understaffed now?). I used them for two year but never will again due to the way Ryan conducts himself towards customers in the front reception. His Attitude stinks, if id caught him snapping at my wife like he did his feet wouldn't have touched the floor.
