Went to see Stephen P. Verb, M.D. for a check up - <br>The appointment was rushed, he seemed like he needed to be somewhere else. Not much explanation. Did examination quickly and rough - minimal explanation.<br>I was excited to make an exit. <br>No bedside manners. Will not be going back.<br><br>I'm sure that you'd agree that's it's real easy to tell when someone is passionate about their job.

Doctor was pretty cold...no emotion...in and out..with no personality or showed any concern for my issue. Some staff members were very nice while others were just dry...I will be looking for a new doctor.

Very unprofessional. Walked in and walked out because he was busy, while I was waiting for over an hour. All he said its fine, didnt even give me a chance to ask a question he was already out the door. Very sad for a health professional.

I have visited two of the doctors here Dr. Kleinfeldt and Dr. Ellenbach. Both of them sorely lack in bedside manners. They are in and out in a flash, barely speak to you and all the work is done by technicians, they simply review the results for less than 2 seconds. My mother got referred to here as well and got charged for an eye exam and an office visit to the optometrist there: Dr.Beledda when everything should have been covered by medicare, she still was charged $75. Because this office does not disclose that while Dr. Beladda does not do anything special other than what an optometrist would do, instead of billing your vision insurance they bill your medical insurance. Front office does not disclose this. Unethical! My suggestion: look elsewhere especially if you are looking for a long term consistent Opthamologist or an optometrist that will use your vision insurance.

Dr Kleinfeldt performed my mothers cataract surgery over a year ago. He talk her into this procedure at her very first visit. She had never complained of any vision issues. However she did the procedure anyway because he convinced her she had to have it done on both eyes. She complained after the first procedure that she felt pain while he was performing it. He ignored her and shouted at her during the second procedure pushing down on whatever device he had inserted in her eye causing her pain in her left eye. She has been having sharp pain in her left eye ever since. Dr klienfeldt never once followed up with her after these cataract procedures. What kind of surgeon performs a procedure and does not follow up once with his patient to see if he screwed up . He referred her to another doctor in the practice who is far more pleasant to deal with . If you love your eye sight and love your parents do not see Dr klienfeldft. I have never once heard this doctor address any patient by their actual name. Ive been a patient there for over 6 years. He either doesnt like minorities or hes just a jerk in general. Either way I wouldnt see him as a patient. Hes more interested in performing unnecessary procedures on elderly people than being a doctor.
