Called to make an appointment for a lesion on my eye. Was told to call Americas Best! Person on the phone told they were specialists and I needed an Optometrist! Then hung up on me. Lol. Glad I didn't go here if they don't even know what they do for a living.

If you want drive through care this is where you should visit. I had the cataract removal surgery in 2019 I have bad stigmatism as well. Short story long Im still experiencing problems with my eyes. Ive spent over $700 for glasses 2 different times and 3 surgeries, and Ive still experiencing problems and no one cares to try to resolve the issue. Im so frustrated night vision is shot cant see small print, but I have to keep paying office visits though. I feel like a helpless lamb.

Follow-up to cataract surgery was a disaster. Got some tests, Dr. Kleinfeldt spent less than 5 minutes telling me I was fine & to return in 6 months. The next day, I read his office's online summary of my visit. It said I had some potentially serious eye problems and was told to do at-home eyecare procedures (which was never mentioned). I tried to call to clarify - just got voicemail & no one returned my request to call. Dr. Kleinfeldt used to be really good - but I would never recommend him to anyone now.

The WORST experience Ive ever had with a medical professional. As someone with extreme anxiety, I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the blatant disrespect and disregard for my emotional state by Dr. Ellenberg from the minute he enters the room. I was yelled at and patronized for being nervous. So yeah, if you want a surgeon who can barely look you in the eye, who speaks about you like youre not in the room, and who leaves skid marks on his way out the door then Dr. Ellenberg is 5/5 stars.
