Overall Im happy with the doctor and facility. My only complaint is that I had to wait in the lobby 20 minutes beyond my scheduled time. If things are running late it would be nice to know in check in.

Dr. Heilmann is the best. Not only did I leave knowing that my eye needs were met, but he is just always great to talk to even though I only see him once a year.

Dr. Heilmanns manner made it very comfortable to ask questions and was patient, helpful, and thorough in answering my questions. He explained all necessary information clearly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heilmann and the entire Milwaukee Eye Care team to my friends.
