I have always gone to Stein Optical (Visionworks) for my eye exams and ordering contacts/glasses. But recently, I have learned that Visionworks does a very poor job of adjusting frames. I have 2 eye glass frames, one frame I bought from Visionworks and one I recently bought from Milwaukee Eye Care. Visionworks did a very poor job adjusting their own frames so I went to Milwaukee Eye Care to get them adjusted and it was fantastic work. The recent frames purchased from Milwaukee Eye Care, I had adjusted from Visionworks too, and again, they did an awful job. Went to Milwaukee Eye Care and the fit is perfect. I am very pleased with the work they do. Customer service and ordering things from Visionworks is fine, but the frame adjustments are awful. Milwaukee Eye Care is amazing at both (frame selection and adjustments).

My experience with Dr Mackenzie Sward, MD Ophthalmologist at Milwaukee Eye Care was wonderful. Dr Sward excels in both her knowledge and her skills, including her surgical skills. Additionally, she is personally very kind and patient - she listens to her patients and thoroughly explains the best treatment. Dr Sward is truly an exceptional doctor, who genuinely cares about her patients, and their eye health. I am grateful to be one of her patients.

Although the one-on-one contact with Dr. Edmonds is brief (prep work is done by assistants), he is very thorough and answers all questions and concerns clearly. I've been his patient for more than ten years and recently had cataract surgery in both eyes, All went well!

Cataracts at the age of 35 was a bit overwhelming. Thankfully Dr. Edmonds took the time to explain everything and workout a plan to get me back to clear vision. I am grateful for the team at Milwaukee Eye Care helping me get through this. Highly recommend the group, but if you can avoid cataracts I'd recommend just going here for regular exams as well!!!
