The doctor fitted me in because I had had sharp stabbing pain in each eye the night before. He thoroughly examined my eyes, gave me a detailed explanation, was reassuring, gave me sample eyedrops, demonstrated a great technique for using them and was funny besides. Fabulous experience.

Bad customer service and long wait times. Have been seen twice and had to wait over 30-40 min each time before I actually saw the doctor - dont give people an appointment if the doctor isnt going to be available!
