She is extremely gentle!! Other than the light sensitivity and using lights during the exam (out of her control) she caused no other pain. She even flipped my eyelid and I didn't feel a thing

It was almost like she knew what I was going to ask and answered before I could. While doing her exam my eye constantly tried closing due to the lights she was using, but she was able to hold the lid open without causing any extra pain and finish the examination
