Dr frame did my cataract on Tuesday morning & I got a phone call from him on Tuesday evening to make sure I was doing well which I was! Went back to see him the next day in the morning when I got home there was a message that someone had tried to delv. Flowers. when I got them & opened the card they were from dr. FRAME!! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you DR. FRAME!! My surgery has been a GREAT success! I can't wait to have the other side done next month!!

My experience seems to be one of many I have found on the site here. My main issue is the waiting, got in immediately to see the assistant, she was great, Doctor Weis saw me right away and that was great. He is the main reason I came back, the first time I saw him in Brookfield, this time in Franklin. He gave me my prescription, asked me if I was going to get glasses, I said yes and one of the office staff said I had one in front of me to see, Gary is the name I recall. I sat down and waited, waited, all the people in front of me he was no longer helping, I even got up to look at glasses thinking I would spark some urgency, it did nothing. So I made sure with the front desk that I didnt owe them anything and I left. Their service years ago was much better, and the Brookfield Staff at that time had a sense of urgency. Taking my prescription and going else where. What a shame.
