Everything was done efficiently with the tech. She was friendly and professional. The part that bothered me was that I waited over 30 minutes before I saw you. Someone should have checked in with me to tell me about the wait. You were also professional but you didn't say " Sorry for the wait". I consider that a common courtesy. Thank you.

I received EXCELLLENT customer service from CHAZ, who helped me get a follow up appointment in a timely manner. Chaz also wrote accurate notes re: my concerns and questions. Thank you, Chaz!ERIK was the person who assisted in reviewing my chart and it is obvious he loves his job!I saw Dr. Michelle Pedersen, who was thorough, competent, patient and compassionate. She took time to answer my questions and I would recommend her services to family and friends.
