Best experience at the eye doctors ever, entire staff was very polite and helpful. Had an issue with an old pair of glasses and the team went above and beyond in every aspect to help me out.

My experience was incredible - and I wanted to share it here. <br><br>I had Dr. Ries, and he was very thorough. I get my eyes checked annually, and he was by far the best doctor for an eye exam that I have ever had. He took the time to check everything - I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed or impersonable. In addition, I appreciated how he suggested new contact options, but I didn't feel pressured to switch or that I had to buy them from their office. He gave me samples of a couple new brands to try, but insisted I only switch if I like the new ones. <br><br>HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ries.

Been going here for 8 years, service is terrible, why do I put up with this? Annual visit took 110 minutes. Optical staff is rude and doesn't know the limited options available with the eye wear. 4 messages left with optical and no calls back. Jody the manager was nice when these issues were escalated but I was embarrassed to have brought my new wife here to receive such terrible all around service. Dr. Weis is good but needs to replace his support staff. Don't literally waste your time in the waiting room.

Patient for 20 years, through errors from unreasonable delays to refusing to complete my contact order 3 times. Reassigned to new OD, who was so gloomy I couldn't stand it every year. Today, tried new OD who was pompous, never addressed me by name. Thinks "advising her patients" means a list of authoritarian statements and a parade of horrible possibilities. There is something wrong with this organization.

I received superb emergency Argen Laser Surgery at the expert hands of Dr. Aaron Holtebeck. I was seeing "cobwebs" in my left eye and they fit me into their busy schedule. After being examined, I was scheduled for same-day emergency surgery and was informed that I was "one day away from a complete retinal detachment."I am so grateful for his expertise and also for his compassionate and caring staff. I recommend him without reservation for anyone needing his services.If I were a judge on Dancing with the Stars, he and the entire staff would get 3 TENS from me!Laurie Brill
