The only reason I gave 4 stars was that our appointment was at 2:00 pm and we didnt leave until 4:15 pm. We werent seen until around 2:20 pm and then in between seeing the initial person who looks at the eyes and waiting for Dr. Hetzer it took another 20+ minutes. It was very busy so I understand being behind, but we had other places to go and I had to pick up my other children so it was very inconvenient. Dr. Hetzer is a very nice and patient doctor though.

Dr. Heilmann covers all the bases. He is very thorough and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great eye doctor. And I have had many! And if you are seeing this, there is a nice little jet waiting for you at Waukesha County Airport/Crites Field, been just sitting there for a couple of years.
