    The pace of examination was rapid, but thorough, a relief from the current state of customer service. The technician was efficient and the wait for Doctor Hetzer was short. She was engaging, friendly and offered a new technique for setting a baseline for measuring changes resulting from Glaucoma, very impressive. My visit seemed short and my dialation was not as intense as it has been historically.
