Kristina was outstanding. She guided me through all the initial steps of my comprehensive eye exam professionally and clearly and made me feel listened to and understood. Jimmy knew so much about eye glasses and patiently wrote down answers to all my questions. Both helped create an atmosphere of excellence. Dr Edmonds expertise made me feel confident Id chosen the right ophthalmologist.

The promptness of being seen was appreciated although a few minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The initial technician was excellent as was Dr. Heilmann. Signage needs improvement to make entry clearly seen from Pt. Washington Rd.
