The entire eye exam experience, beginning with the welcome by the receptionists, followed by the diagnostic testing by Jill, and the thorough exam by Dr Sward, was outstanding for its efficiency, professionalism, and respectfulness shown to me as a patient.

This was a first visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. Dr Frame was professional and answered all questions. The woman that helps select glasses was patient and very friendly also.
