Dr. Sward is excellent as is her staff. I have now had two annual visits and both were very good. I as seen on time. The procedures were carefully explained and my questions answered clearly.I highly recommend Dr. Sward.

Dr. Blanchard was very competent, catching a recurring issue that Ive been having and that an exam with another optometrist 2 months ago did not. Yes, the office was very busy, resulting in a wait and a somewhat rushed office, but I was thankful that they squeezed me in on that day when I needed to be seen. Costco optometry were scheduling out 3-4 months(?!) Its a balance: a relaxed, timely appointment in a few months, or get in right away. If youre having an issue, its an easy choice.Three days later was my follow-up, and the office was much less busy, and I was seen right away. Dr. Blanchard answered my questions and prescribed a regimen to keep what had been a nagging issue from coming back.
