Dr. Heilmann appears to genuinely love what he does, and it shows. He appears genuinely interested in the patient. That is rare in todays medical arena. Also answers questions without making you feel you are ignorant, which happens more than you know out there. And he doesnt assume anything, treats you as an individual and not a part of the general AARP crowd.
