Very personal and pleasant staff. They deserve the highest grade. Great at explaining everything. Definitely felt like family. Dr. Heilmann was very professional and thorough and even reviewed my insurance to inform me of perks I wasnt aware of. He also was a reflection of his staff- personal, pleasant, great explanations, respectful. I would highly recommend to others.

Had cataract removal 1 year ago that went smoothly and had a great outcome . Recently developed new vision issues that were not related to past surgery and contacted the office for advice. Despite it being late in the day on a friday and I hadnt seen them in a year , the staff was able to fit me in immediately and I was able to get a very thorough history and exam and happy to report issues are stable. Having been in health care I know the challenges of last minute add ons and not all medical practices handle it well. I have always felt that the staff at Milwaukee Eye Care genuinely cared about my eye health and this was more proof of that. Highly recommended !
