I went to Mann yesterday for my annual eye exam. If you haven't been in a while, you will see the result of some major remodeling which has created a pleasant, light, open environment with comfortable seating. I was greeted by Sadie at the front desk. She was kind, friendly, and professional, providing a comforting, welcoming atmosphere; she is a wonderful addition to your team. I would also like to give kudos to Alexandra, who was also friendly and professional. I have always been pleased with my care at Mann. The office was very clean, organized, and nicely decorated. The ladies in the check-in area were very pleasant. I did not wait very long. The other individuals that did the eye workup before I saw the doctor were also very good. Dr Beavers was very kind and answered my questions thoroughly, and I appreciated the exam and the comfort of knowing that my eye was OK. Excellent experience.
