My father and I were warmly welcomed and every Vision Tech or Optician were helpful and thorough. Dr. Melissa H was outstanding and we are hopeful that her exam and choices will provide good vision for him.

My technician (not sure if that was his official role, just guessing) was named Joan and was a great explainer while I was getting through my pre-appt. Took the time to explain everything and had his delivery down to a science. Friendly, helpful, and efficient.Helped me get sorted quickly and calmly.Also a great space. Havent seen the doc yet (in lobby still) but had a sec to type this up, he was great and the whole staff is friendly. I think Ive found my new go-to for any serious eye issues (Im here for a corneal thing too complicated for a regular optometrist)

Kind and friendly staff, the Doctor was amazing too. I felt so comfortable in a friendly, safe, nice clean environment. I definitely will recommend and refer family and friends to this office.

My family recently relocated from Houston to the Austin area and had our first eye exam at the Mann Eye Institute North Austin office. The entire staff was courteous and professional from start to finish. Kate and Sarah at reception were especially helpful with checking us in and managing our insurance updates smoothly. Joan, our technician, is a gifted individual, demonstrating not only exceptional technical skills and knowledge but also remarkable emotional intelligence. His ability to connect with patients and provide compassionate care, alongside his professionalism, truly sets him apart as a role model for his peers and could serve as inspiration for young individuals aspiring success in any field. Dr. Tremblay provided excellent care, balancing thoroughness with efficiency, and patiently answered all our questions. Overall, our visit was outstanding, and we feel confident continuing our eye care with Mann Eye Institute in Austin.
