I had lasik done in May by Dr Mann Sr and was impressed by the both the dr and his assistant who talked me through everything step by step to ease my anxiety. I was only in the office for less than 45 mins the day of surgery from check in to walking out the door. I had no discomfort and woke up the next morning seeing 20/15, I probably have never seen that well my entire life!! I saw Dr. Beavers for my pre op and all of my post op appointments (1 day, 1 month, and 3 month) and he has been AMAZING, I love chatting it up with him and look forward to all of my appointments with him. I would highly recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone remotely thinking about lasik, I wish I did it sooner!!My one and only problem is that I wasnt told that the surgery is only done at the south location at the time of making a consultation appointment over the phone for the Braker location. So I went to the consultation at Braker and then was told that I needed another appointment to take measurements at the south office prior to the surgery. So if I would have known that, I would have simply combined appointments all at the south location to save me a trip. The 1 day follow up also has to be at the south location, then I could make the 1 and 3 month follow ups at the Braker location which is my preferred location.The front office staff and financial advisor were all super welcoming and a pleasure to work with.Both offices have been consistently able to safely enforce COVID-19 protocols and kept the waiting time to a very minimum.

Had been fighting a bad case of blepharitis for years. Dr Tremblay diagnosed it right away and prescribed medication that knocked it out. So thankful for Mann Eye Institute and Dr. Tremblay!

Great place! Had my consultation and follow up visit here for my Lasik procedure! Dr. Beavers was very informative and helpful with all my questions during my follow ups.

I just wanted everyone to know I had the most pleasant experience with Mann Eye Institute. Off of Braker Lane in Austin, TX. Dr. Barker was my surgeon and he was awesome! Dr. Barker was out of town, when I developed Iritis. Dr.Beaver was on call.Dr.Beaver came in the office after hours to treat me for a post op problem. He called me in less than 10 minutes after receiving my call.Dr. Beaver met me at his office in 45 minutes. He had me out of pain in less than 5 minutes. Anyone suffering with eye pain knows how extremely uncomfortable this is.Dr. Beaver is kind, compassionate & made me feel I was his #1 patient.I will never be able to express my gratitude for both Dr. Barker & Dr. Beaver.Dr. Beaver I thank you for opening your office after hours to tend to my needs. Like I said I was out of pain in 5 minutes or less. You are truly a super Dr. with admirable ethics, morals, kindness & compassionate for your patients.I will never go anywhere else for my eyes.I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for taking your time to come in & take care of me. I am so much better!!I would highly recommend this place from the Dr's. to all of the staff!!! Thank you again for your help & time!!!

The entire staff at Mann Eye was very nice, welcoming, and seemed very happy to help. I have been wearing contacts and glasses since I was 10 and am now 30 years old. They were offering a pretty big discount for LASIK due to them being closed for some time because of COVID. Their special pricing was what made LASIK affordable for me. Less than 24 hours after surgery and I am seeing 20/20 and 20/25 which is about as good as I was seeing with my contacts in. Im told it only gets better!Huge shoutout to Skie for dealing with my silly questions and getting me set up for surgery with a timeline that met me busy schedule. She was very patient and returned my calls quickly. I couldnt have asked for a nicer person to help guide me through the entire process.
