5 stars or better, the visit was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. It started at the front desk and end with the front desk when I was leaving. Two of your staff members stood out, Alexandria and Patrica, I hope I spelled their names correctly. They were nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Fantastic visit.

Excellent experience! Staff was very helpful, Dr. Beavers was patient and knowledgeable and the insurance process was handled efficiently. Looks like I've found my home for eye care in Austin.

I had Lasik with Dr Tremblay and I cannot express how happy I am with the results! Dr Tremblay is amazing and the staff at both the South and North locations are incredible. The procedure was quick and easy and has already changed my life!

Everyone was so courteous and knowledgeable. The expert level of skill was evident from the first moment I arrived at the clinic. I was seen, evaluated and scheduled for cataract surgery. Recovery instructions were very clear and in writing. Easy to follow. My vision is so good now. Dr Trimblay did my surgery and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend the Mann Eye Institute for any eye concerns.
