I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the facility. They were able to answer all of my questions and put me at ease about my upcoming cataract surgery. First rate!

I can highly recommend Mann Eye Institute, the entire staff is very kind, professional & enthusiastic. I went in & was evaluated for LASIK & during this was talked through every step we would be doing & why we were doing it. I was able to ask all the questions i wanted to with out judgement. The staff walked me through every next step & at the end of my appointment i was thoroughly talked through procedure steps, available payment plans, & follow up appointments! Best customer service ever!

A very positive experience on all fronts - getting in may take a little time, but it is totally worth it. I'm not interested in contacts or Lasik at this time, but having a pair of glasses with the correct prescription? Oh my, yes!Staff was friendly and professional, and I didn't wait long to be escorted back for the dilation and exam. Even though I knew better, I felt like the only patient there, and talking with Dr. beavers was like chatting with someone I've known for years.The selection of glasses is a little limited - I'm guessing that has more to do with the focus on contacts or Lasik. All in all, there was no hassle in getting my prescription. If I'm ever in the market to have Lasik, I know where I'll be.

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. I had Jack as a opt. tech and he was very thorough and nice. Highly recommend!
