Everything was easy and efficient, from making the appointment, to checking in, to being seen. The durable hard-copy treatment plan is great, and was sufficient for my FSA to cover the over the counter meds (I ended up with a combination of over the counter and prescription). Medical and Administration staff were all professional, efficient, and friendly.
