Sign-in was super fast. Saw the doctor at the appointed time. Waiting room is spacious. Parking was easy. Receptionists were very attentive and friendly. Technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. Doctor took time to explain results.

Dr Tremblay is very thorough! He takes the time to be sure that I understand my options. Ive had a couple of complications and he has been able to work with me until the issue is solved! I appreciate him very much and highly recommend him.

First-time visitor. Went in for a LASIK consultation. Getting bright lights and drops into your flinching eyes is nobodys idea of fun, but the staffs overall warm demeanor made it a less overwhelming experience. I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I especially appreciated my counselor Chelsea. I got the sense she is very thorough in how she tries to convey the right information in ways that are comfortably accessible to clients. Im somebody who prefers to know EXACTLY what theyre getting themselves into (especially surgery!), so I appreciate Chelsea taking the time to share her own LASIK experiences and answering my numerous questions. She never made me feel pressured; or, like I had to finalize all my dates/payment details then and there. Her bubbly personality is definitely a gift! Chelseas words and actions demonstrate foresight and consideration. Much as possible, she wants to prevent potential mistakes or incidents that clients may have (eg. driving to the wrong location for the surgery, being too sleepy at first to recall the recovery-kit steps so provides an easy list to follow, etc.). Knowledge is power after all, and Chelsea strikes me as somebody who genuinely wants to make sure that your surgery is a comfortable experience as much as possible. The W Braker location is lucky to have somebody like her! :)

Finally got Lasik and like everyone says, I wish I got it sooner. Very happy with my vision! Truly appreciative to Dr. Paul Mann and the team that helped me out. They did a great job. Especially thanks to Kiara Keith for being such a supportive and positive person during my journey with Lasik!

Very professional yet friendly and extremely attentive. Very pleasant experience! Dr. Trembly is great! My nurse (Summer), laser technician (Dahyana) and anesthesiologists (Carrie Dana) were all outstanding! I was worried about the outcome of my cataract surgery, but as I found out it was needless to worry - everything turned out great and my eyesight is fantastic. Thank you Mann Eye Center and Center for Specialty Surgery of Austin!!!
