Superb customer service. I felt very safe and well prepared. They fixed my vision with Lasix to PERFECT in less than 11 min. No pain! Fabulous staff and physicians. Highly recommend. <br><br>There seems to be a rumor that you have to wait a year after first evaluation, but that's not true. I went in for my first evaluation on a Monday and had my procedure that week. <br><br>High grade and up to date machines. Financing options allow 18 months no interest. Sweet deals! <br><br>I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. It is so wonderful to have done something nice for myself. Now I can actually appreciate the high definition television on my HDTV, and I won't have to sit in the front row at Broadway shows or movie theaters.

I had my laser eye surgery in August and was consultation was prior to that in early July. From day one I felt comfortable and had full trust in Dr Beavers and Dr Mike Mann. They never tried to rush my surgery, I had some issues with dry eyes that they wanted to make sure it could be effectively managed before surgery, since it would worsen the problem. <br><br>It is now March and my vision is AMAZING and no issues with dry eyes! Thank you to everyone at the North and South locations. Everyone was very friendly and comforting during the entire experience. <br><br>Kristin down at the surgery center was excellent and welcoming. She really works to keep you calm and comforted on surgery day. The team in the room and Dr Mann had wonderful bedside manner and keep you informed during the entire procedure.<br><br>Stephanie and David at the Braker location are all smiles and friendly from the moment you hit the top of the stairs. Each visit I have here post op is always pleasant and everyone very friendly. <br><br>I would highly recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone looking to have laser eye surgery.

Came in for an 8 am appointment and was greeted by David who was very upbeat and friendly! he pointed me to the complimentary coffee and got me checked in very quickly. Mirta was very pleasant and patient with me as I am a blinker and it takes me awhile to get my eyes checked. Dr. Beavers was nice and I was checked out quickly. Stephanie helped me pick out a super cute pair of frames (along with David) that also fit my budget. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will happily refer my friends and family! Thanks!

Maryann and Dr. Beavers make a great team. They are both kind and friendly and make you feel comfortable to ask questions. <br><br>Stephanie and David at the front desk are also always helpful and welcoming. <br><br>I would recommend Mann Eye and this location to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring team of doctors and staff.

The staff at the Mann Eye Institute on Braker are absolutely amazing!! Maryann is the best tech ever; she makes everything so smooth and easy. David and Steph at the front desk take care of everything with such ease. The exams are quick and to the point; Dr. Beavers makes the exams light hearted and relaxing. This is by far the best eye center I have ever been to! Every staff member at this location makes you feel right at home.<br><br>I had Lasik surgery at the south location and I must say it was a piece of cake. They make you very comfortable and relaxed in the surgery room and talk you through the whole surgery. I personally didn't feel anything and less than ten minutes and it is over. The results are wonderful! The next day you are already seeing so much better. I don't know why anyone would wait to have Lasik Eye surgery!
