My initial visit with Mann Eye Institute, being referred by my optometrist for cataract surgery, was very professional, friendly, and a pleasant experience, from the front desk staff to my visit with Dr. Tremblay. The procedures were fully explained and all questions answered. Scheduling the surgeries and followup appointments was easy. Looking forward to the surgeries next month and, possibly, not wearing glasses after 60 years of progressively stronger prescriptions.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff friendly and professional and the music was great. Dr. Barker was honest and kind. I would recommendMann Eye Institute to anyone in need of the services.

I was happy with the services I received at Mann Eye North, however, I was unhappy with the waiting room. It was crowded and no one was cleaning the chairs after use. There was no air filter for the area. The registration area is in the same general area as the frame sales area. Everything was too close. Or too many people were scheduled. It made me very nervous.
