I'm from Minnesota and this was my third time eating at Dimillo's. It's a definite must for me every time I visit Portland. The atmosphere, food and service are THE best! This time I brought my mom and she loved it. I highly recommend it.

You MUST try the lobster stew with bread. Tip: Skip the oyster crackers and dunk the bread in the broth. Devine! So rich and delicious a cup is satisfying. My hub loves the haddock chowder, poor guy is allergic to shellfish. We visit Portland every year and look forward to always making this one of our first stops for a meal. We were there 10 days this trip and enjoyed it 4 times. We like sitting at the bar looking out at the boats. Bonus: Parking is ample and validated.
