    This place is just a cash cow. They will make you wait an excessive amount of time and all they are concerned about is expediting office visits. I was told incorrect information on the phone, completely overcharged and given unnecessary procedures for a problem I had already self diagnosed.All this and I was left with an enormous bill to which I was rudely explained by the billing department "Too bad" when I inquired about it.I would avoid this place at all costs.

    Although the doctor was nice, the glasses exam was extremely quick and am I anxioius to find out how accurate my new prescription actually is. She also didn't hand the prescription to me, but rather to their optical department ASSUMING i'd be purchasing glasses from within. Here I am 3 days later, having called the office 4 times today, and am still YET to get my prescription faxed over to me. I heard how hectic getting this from them can be from Lenscrafters & Visionworks...apparently they are entirely correct. I will not be using the eye institute ever again.

    40 y.o. adult, had 2 annual eye exams with this physician. During exams, described current symptoms (dry eyes, increased redness and discomfort with contacts) and asked several questions re: aging and eye health, eye strain and computer use, etc. Dr. Roberts neither addressed my current complaints nor answered my eye health questions. I did not feel that I had his attention during the less-than-two minute cursory exam, and I would characterize his communications as curt, patronizing and dismissive. I left his office feeling that Dr. Roberts was not interested in my eye health... or retaining me as a patient.
