    [westchase Sheldon rd location review only]Dr. Sims is great and I will keep a lookout to follow her if she finds better front desk employees or a different office.Changing my offices purely on consistent bad office experience where youre ignored upon walk-in, feel like youre being a burden just to check in or pick up products, and zero cordial interaction.I gave it three tries before choosing a better office even if I have to travel further.-Five stars for Dr Sims.-One star for office (earned one star for simply existing behind the desk)

    1 1/2 month waiting for a call from the office, i have Keratoconus and I need my eyes contact, I called 2 time and they just told me, they stil waiting for an answer from my ensures.

    The staff all seemed nice however as big as this place is and as busy as it is I was sent elsewhere to get my glasses. No one stop shop here. So sad. Edited: no expectation was set either way. If I was told I couldn't also get glasses there I would have gone elsewhere.

    The staff is excellent, Doctors, not so much. Desi has a god complex, Schwartz is all about the in and out. See as many patients as possible. He is good as long as there is no hiccups. Dr Kane is one of the newer doctors, and hands down the best doctor on staff! Seriously you are risking your eyes if you see the others. They all make you wait too long! You can spend hours in the waiting room. They do try to make you comfortable while you waitttt. Coffee, and cookies, plus tv. Even with these added amenities the Wait Is To Long!
