    Overall I had a very good experience at the Eye Institute, however the equipment for one of the lab tests I was scheduled to take was not operational that day. I had to be rescheduled to come back another day to take this required lab test. i would have preferred to have been contacted by the office staff to reschedule my appointment for another day. Now I have to come to the institute twice rather than once.

    I have been going here for nearly four years. It is a huge practice which might put off some people. But in return for size of the operation they are well staffed and offer a complete range of services. They are very patient focused and customer service oriented while not spending any 'extra' time with any patient. This can feel impersonal and feel like you haven't received the time and attention you deserve of need.<br><br>They appear to have some of the latest equipment, again undoubtedly due to their size. That business model enables them to have this equipment. At the same time, some if the equipment seems a bit unproven, more bleeding edge research type. <br><br>So, not right for everyone but I have been satisfied with my care.
