    Everyone so nice from coming in front door! Dr. Johnsons assistant not only gave me a band aid for my finger but put it on me! Dr. Johnson always so nice and helpful! Always explains things to me so well and helpful reccomendations for my issues! I have recommended Dr. Johnson and the eye institute to many and will continue to do so! I have been going there for years and had my laser surgery there and so happy with that and more!

    ....but workers , still wipe off items used by patient with alcohol...then wipe alcohol off with tissue !!! Air Dry Folks !!!!! Wait time, efficiency, ran better during pandemic phase..Too long, over an hour !!!!

    It was a very busy day, most of my visit was spent with assistants and I felt a little rushed, my time with Dr. Hairston was minimal and I would liked a bit more communications.. I had chosen Dr. Hairston because my friends who are his patients had said he goes over your issue in detail. I didn't get that feeling out of my visit. However I liked him and felt confident in his diagnostic. Again as I said they were packed.
